What a great experience I had with Tom at PAL’s mobile mechanic! Tom was prompt, knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem with my car in minutes. He installed the part quickly and even gave me a military discount! I will use PAL’s again if my car needs repairs.
Tom knows his stuff! And is super friendly. It’s a great experience each time we give him a call.
Tom went above and beyond to get my Civic up and running and back on the road. Took his time to explain what he was doing and checking for. Fairly priced and a highly recommended mobile mechanic. Would definitely use again in the future.
I was having car problems on Friday I called Pals first thing in the morning wanted to schedule someone to come out and look at my car! I was stuck here all day with two little kids and no car!! Needless to say I left a message and it’s now Sunday and I’m still waiting for a call back!! I ended up having my car towed to my Mechanic Friday evening!! Is this anyway to run a business???? 😡🤬😡
