The NP misdiagnosed my daughter TWICE and she ended up in the hospital in septic shock and renal failure. The NP also berated me in front of my wife and kids for acting sick when I wasn't really sick. Turns out, my WBC count was twice the normal limit- I was very sick. I came in for a scheduled appointment with chest pain and high BP and they turned me away at the desk because I was $10 short for the copay. They wouldn't bill me for the $10. Why do I always give this place the benefit of the doubt that I will be seen on time?! Appt was 45 minutes after they open, and already they are an hour behind schedule. (This happens EVERY single time.....). If they are going to make us wait, they could at least have some air conditioning on! ;)
Dr. Laroche and Kathy are great the nurses and office staff need lessons in customer service. Every time I have an interaction with them I have problems. Yesterday it took 14 phone calls including an after hours call to the doctor on call to get a prescription filled. I know they are switching over to a new computer system but the attitude and Service or horrible going back before they switched. I'm going to working for a new medical office I can't deal with them anymore.
