Why do I always give this place the benefit of the doubt that I will be seen on time?! Appt was 45 minutes after they open, and already they are an hour behind schedule. (This happens EVERY single time.....). If they are going to make us wait, they could at least have some air conditioning on! ;)
Dr. Laroche and Kathy are great the nurses and office staff need lessons in customer service. Every time I have an interaction with them I have problems. Yesterday it took 14 phone calls including an after hours call to the doctor on call to get a prescription filled. I know they are switching over to a new computer system but the attitude and Service or horrible going back before they switched. I'm going to working for a new medical office I can't deal with them anymore.
