Compare the balloons on the bottom(and all the smaller ones) compared to the darker and shinier balloons. She charged me full price for those balloons... And at the other place, was full price (same price). NEVER AGAIN.
Good pricing && many choices of balloons
I can always count oh her to do my party centerpieces and the piñatas are good too
