So my normal shop had a full schedule four weeks out, so I was calling around the next day and was informed that Pakkala had an opening due to a couple cancelations. That if I could be there by noon I would have my vehicle fixed and back that day. Everything was done within the quotation given and what a pleasure working with this shop. I will definitely be going back as for an alignment and tierod replacement.
Upmost respect for concern of urgency on repairs. Very intelligent mechanics who know how to diagnose the vehicle's problem/problems properly and effectively. Highly recommend.
I wasn't impressed with their wheel alignment because my steering wheel still isn't straight
OMG what a great place to get your car serviced. Not only did the young lady drive me home and pick me up again but they actually said my brakes were in great shape and there would be no charge, nobody is this good to there customers. They treat you like family. What a great place
