Went to pick up my vehicle and there were "last minute" additional repairs and diagnostic that needed to be done. So my bill was $130 more than what I was quoted and agreed to for service. No phone call, no heads up, just blindsided when I went to pick my vehicle up. Great way to do business...
I have been using Pakkala’s for close to 10 years. They always have great service time and extremely fair pricing. I attempted to use shops from the West side of Michigan to the East side of Michigan on travels and end up catching those shops trying to add a service in hopes that I wouldn’t catch it. Never at Pakkala’s. As long as I am in Michigan this will be my first stop for car trouble.
