Great promt service reasonable prices.
Passing through town we noticed something was not right in our new-to-us car. Luckily we stopped at Pakkala! Even with their booked schedule they fit us in, replaced the worn parts & had us back on the road before too long. Janelle on the desk was very friendly too :) Wish they were in our town. Go there!
My daughter and I were traveling from Illinois to see Michigan State when on our way home, I discovered I had a problem with one of my tires. A screw had punctured the tire in the treads and I was 3.5 hours from home. The staff at Pakkala were so helpful in fixing my tire and getting me and my daughter back on the road safely. When we pulled into their shop, it was 3pm on a Monday. We were so fortunate they were able to help us out. Thanks to the staff at Pakkala!
Very nice place with very pleasant people. I had my wife’s vehicle there the other day. They spent time trying to figure out the issue but ended up not doing any work on it—and they didn’t charge us anything for their time. That says a lot about their honesty. It’s great to find people who care more about helping than just taking your money. Highly recommend!
