Dropped my car in early and communicated that the brakes were shuttering and need replacing. I have authorisation to replace and they said they will look and get back to me. Never heard back so I assumed everything was sorted until I went to pick the car up and all they had done was put a recommendation in the report with what I told them previously needed doing. very average as I took work off to book the car in and now I need to go back into a mechanic to get the works sorted asap. Amazing service at Toyota Pakenham, right from leaving the car for service, to getting dropped and picked up again to collect the car. Everything was very smooth, they didn't charge for wheel alignment which wasn't required as verified by the team. Appreciate the honesty, everything was smooth. Thanks
