I Got my Lexus serviced here to replace the timing belt kit, water pump, and new thermostat, as well as get an oil leak fixed. The team was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and provided great service from start to finish. The quality of work was top-notch, and the car is running smoothly with zero issues. Highly recommend them if you're looking for honest, reliable mechanics who truly know what they're doing!
Had my bike in for an RWC when I was selling, guys were fantastic from drop off to pick up, called me when there was a little issue to make sure it was ok to go ahead and fix. Once ready and I went to pick it up they told me they had put air in the tyres and sorted everything for me. Great service, great communication and good pricing.
Good service centre with honest, realistic and reasonable pricing.
Great service from the team. Carried out the RWC on my motorcycle with minimal fuss. Would recommend for future RWC.
Safe to say we’ve finally found a mechanic we can rely on. Pakenham Roadworthy have been nothing but straightforward, trustworthy, and consistently on the ball — which is almost impossible to find these days. When I realised they’re the same mechanic we use at work, it just confirmed it. The boss couldn’t speak more highly of Warren, and now I can see why. Highly recommend.
