My family have been seeing Dr. Inness for years now and I've never been happier with the support I've received. She's been so understanding and kind about my problems. There's a wait time before each appointment but that's only because she doesn't rush you out the door like other doctors might which i really appreciate. She's very knowledgeable and always willing to learn from her patients. She's genuinely been a huge help for me supporting me throughout my journey with multiple diagnoses
The practice is dirty unhygienic, no air flow in the waiting room. Pick up a mop and vacuum.. just a tip. The GP was unprofessional, unhelpful. You are Drs we are not customers, treat your patients like human beings and have some social awareness and basic emotional intelligence when treating patients. You can't teach empathy or basic social skills... gain some wisdom and get some life experience, it might help when talking to real people, GP does not equal smart. Clinic does not equal clean. Do not go here.
Wish I could give no stars but gotta say before my mum passed away, she regularly went to this GP and I witnessed first hand her get mistreat and bullied by nurse Barbra Innes and not to mention she gave my mum all kinds of medications without consulting a psychiatrist for these said strong medications. When I tried to get medical help for mental health she turned me away and told me to consult a psychiatrist, funny that. Dr Jie Chen, highly not recommended. She is the sort of doctor that takes an oath to look at the time, so that the next patient comes in. Tiktok doctor, Google's her medication.
