I Requested A quote on the repair of my Evaporative Cooler. They sent a couple of guys down at a cost of $250. When they were finished they told me I would need 3 parts to repair the unit and they would have 2 quotes sent. One for a new unit and the other for replacing the parts on the existing unit. I informed them I was not willing to replace the unit at this point and just wanted the parts replaced. I received a quote for a complete new install, but no quote for the repairs as stated. Matt & James replaced our ducted heating system today as the old one was on the way out. Both gents were friendly, arrived on time, and did a great job, James walked us through the new system and answered a few questions in a very easy going, professional manner. Happy to recommend Pakenham Heating & Cooling after this smooth installation.
Very helpful staff and great response time. Would definitely reccomend to anyone in the area needing maintenance or repairs.
$255 for 45min work no parts for "your air con cant be fixed" not even a follow up phone call to explain what was done. You be the judge. No wonder they want you credit card details before they go out.

We have always found all staff - whether office or those performing the work to be very professional. They have always communicated clearly, only promised what they can deliver, arrived on time and where unexpected issues have been identified, endeavoured to find a solution.
