Shoutout to Dinal and Jackson on helping me through the process of buying my Ford Everest Sport. They made the whole buying process smooth and was great at communicating every step of the way.
The sales process was great. Unfortunately, after that, things went downhill. Questions unanswered until I followed up on multiple occasions. Then I took my vehicle in for its first 3km inspection. They couldn't do the service as the couldn't open the bonnet. They seemed convinced someone had slammed the bonnet or similar damaging the mechanism. Good communication, easy team to work with from management through to sales & finance. Extremely accommodating regarding pre delivery accessories through my 3rd party supplier KST 4x4 and lent me a vehicle while my new car was delayed.
