This review is mainly for the bad reception service I have experienced from one particular receptionist Liz on several occasions now. She doesn’t listen to the patients on the phone and cuts off the phone before they have finished their query. At one point I had to ring back and inform her that she had cut off the phone before I was finished enquiring. She did not even have the decency to apologise for her rudeness. Dr Wardick is rude, seemingly apathetic about her work and seems to have trouble communicating in English. Absolutely zero “bedside manner” whatsoever. I had to remind her three times throughout the appointment about a test that had already been done, but she kept asking if it had been done. When i left the appointment and she came out asking about it yet again, I was visibly irritated and the receptionist seemed to notice this and from her expression (and reading many other reviews here) I feel this is a fairly standard app... read more

Doctor Theekshana is awesome! He always thoroughly listens to you and helps with everything, if you need a specialist he will get you a good one. Never rushes you out even when he is running late. All the staff a wonderful and always very friendly.

Reception was not helpful. I rang up and wanted to reschedule my appt to the next day. My appt wasn't end up being cancelled nor rescheduled. I had to ring up again and book an appointment.
