I believe That Ross is a xcellent Automatic Mechanic as he did his Apprenticeship at the Police Garage many years ago. And thereafter continued at a friends Workshop Near Mordialloc for many years .and then moved to packenhsm and opened his own workshop. And was highly respected as a mechanic especially on most sporty vehicles. And I would highly recommend him to any one who is seeking for a good honest outcome in any mechanical issues with their vehicles. I can not recommend Ross enough. I gave him my car with major issues and he went above and beyond to find the issue and fix it. He was very approachable and lovely to deal with, i will always go back to him with my cars now. I also loved his dog that greeted me every time i went in.

Can't find a single thing wrong with these guys. Ross is fantastic, brought the car in for a transmission issue was able to fit a service in, spoke to me about what else was needed, didn't feel any pressure to go ahead with what was needed as I knew this needed to be done a few services ago. Car drives better, see how it goes on a trip to Adelaide over the upcoming long weekend

We cannot recommend Pakenham Automatics enough. Ross genuinely saved us after we were completely ripped off by a dodgy mechanic. From the moment we spoke to him, he went above and beyond to help us out during a really stressful time. I recently had my car serviced at Pakenham Automatics and I’m so impressed. They were honest, reliable and really informative throughout the whole process. I’ve used another local mechanic in the past, but my car has never felt as good as it did after picking it up from these guys. The difference was amazing!
