Can't find a single thing wrong with these guys. Ross is fantastic, brought the car in for a transmission issue was able to fit a service in, spoke to me about what else was needed, didn't feel any pressure to go ahead with what was needed as I knew this needed to be done a few services ago. We cannot recommend Pakenham Automatics enough. Ross genuinely saved us after we were completely ripped off by a dodgy mechanic. I recently had my car serviced at Pakenham Automatics and I’m so impressed. They were honest, reliable and really informative throughout the whole process. I’ve used another local mechanic in the past, but my car has never felt as good as it did after picking it up from these guys. The difference was amazing!
