I fully endorse Ross and his team at Pakenham Automatics. I had a problem with my Mazda BT50 which turned out to be a complex and difficult issue to rectify. They worked through diagnosing the cause on a number of days over a couple of weeks until it was identified and I was only charged the value of the initial quote. The customer service was exceptional. The workshop is well located and only a 15 minute walk from the train station if you need to drive and drop off or pick up (I travelled from Warragul).

Great service and super affordable! I have always been so hesitant to book my car in for a service, thinking I am going to get ripped off! But the team and customer service at Pakenham Automatics was exceptional! Would recommend 100%

I own a Range Rover Sport so I expect issues. My car popped up a gearbox fault which you might think was the gearbox. Fortunately Ross has experience and identified it as an electrical short. Problem found and solved, so very grateful.
