I had my car repaired at a chop shop in Moorabbin (insurers preferred repairer). They had my car for 8 weeks and unfortunately didn't repair it properly. I took my car to Pakenham Accident Repairs for rectification and I was really impressed by the whole process. Staff were amazing and informative and work was completed on time. It was really awesome and easy to deal with them after my horrendous experience at the previous repairer. Car looks amazing, couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend, thank you so much.
Had an extremely unprofessional experience, or possibly the staff had no customer experience. I went to get a quote from the Pakenham accident service place. After the 4th visit, the man told me that we aren't insured with your insurance company and they can't help us. This was not an accident claim to begin with. This behavior was extremely unprofessional. Kind regards
