Went in for a quotation on paint repairs. What was necessary was explained to me as the cost was quite high, I accepted that in the circumstances it was reasonable and am going ahead with the repair. The added bonus is there's a courtesy car available at a nominal ampuntvfir the 4 days my car will be with them. They've done insurance work in a previous car so I trust the quality of their work.
Very impressed for the excellent service, the day I got down from driving down from Queensland went straight to Pakenham Accident Repairs to see if they could repair my car after hitting a kangaroo on the way down, asked if it could be done within a few weeks as I had to head back to Cairns. Dave said not a problem, once the insurance company gave the ok had the car back in 7 days, had to replace the front of the car, looks like brand new, highly recommend them, thanks to the team at Pakenham Accident Repairs.
I cannot thank Dave ,Con ,Trish and the team for the way they communicated me throughout the whole repair process, they also went the extra mile with a few touch ups around the car.I would definitely recommend this repairer
Minor repairs Bonnet and side guards beautiful smooth finish and sprayed guards and Bonnet, also gave the whole vehicle a cut and polish and vacuumed and cleaned the interior totally unexpected. This little bit extra showed me that these people care about the quality of service to their customers. My car was ready on time as quoted and I am extremely happy with the excellent result. I can't say enough good things about this company. I took my car in for repairs after an elderly lady hit it twice with her scooter, and found that they were very professional. They took photos of the door dent's and noticed that she had also dragged her scooter along the bottom of the door frame. I was told a rough estimate of full price, so lucky I had comprehensive insurance. I was also advised that I would need to have a hire car for 8 days and they were right on time.
