I have 2 children that go to this office. The office staff is very nice and helpful. Dr. Prasad takes concerns seriously and follows up. The doctor and nurses are kind and patient with my children. There is usually no wait time and visits are quick.
The staff is very friendly and professional. When being seen by the doctor he is very attentive and takes his time to ensure that all issues are addressed. The bedside manner is exceptional and makes my autistic son feel very comfortable. I forgot to ask for medication refills to be called in while at the appointment so I used the app and sent a message. We love PAK Pediatrics and all the Doctors that we have seen here! They are knowledgeable, personable and take the time to get to the root of the problem. We are always seen in a timely manner whether it be a sick visit, scheduled visit or walk into the clinic. This operation is a class act for your children!
Dr. Prasad is wonderful. He is super attentive, patient, and great with the kiddos. Definitely takes the time to make sure all of your concerns are answered. Pak also does a great job at getting us in when my kids are sick. Clean rooms and welcoming staff. Highly recommend!!
