Came here to get a fill, design came out great. Within a week I felt lifting to my nails and they felt brittle and thin. First my thumb nail tip broke, in which all my underneath nails, were my natural nail. In the same day, my pointer finger started crack/lifting and pieces broke off. When it broke off it revealed fungus on my nail. I’ve had GelX/builder gel on my nails for months and have never experienced this. Called yesterday and made an appt for 2:30 today. Drove 25 minutes to get there. I arrived at the salon at 2:15. There were 2 ladies there already when I got there and they were called back less than a minute after I came in. 2 more ladies came in after me and were called back within 5 mins of walking in the door. At 3:00 I got up and walked out. What is the point of taking appointments if walk-ins are going to be served before you even when it’s well after your appointment time?
