The staff is unprofessional and rude. The business utilizes a call center so it's nearly impossible to get anyone to call you back. Good luck if and when they screw up on a bill for you. It takes months to get that fixed if you are lucky enough to get it fixed. The receptionist at Hunters Village, Catherine, is extremely rude and unprofessional. The NP Sammons I saw was unprofessional and careless. Every interaction I have had at this place has been unpleasant. Save your sanity and go elsewhere. This place is poorly run.
