I shipped a return through Saint Simons Pak mail. It was a drop ship as the Angry old man (the owner) called it. The tracking number they provided with my recipt still showed "USPS awaiting item" a week later. I went into the store to ask if the item actually went out the door. The instant that he heard drop his demeanor changed from grumpy to hateful. They make it easy to ship!
The older man there needs to be somewhere else. He’s rude. The other people are very nice, but not him.
I have had a mail box for 7 years and I never worry about having to be home to sign for packages! The service from Jennifer,Bill and Jenny has been fantastic. I recommend PakMail to everyone; especially if you are traveling… you NEVER have to stop/start your mail with the post office!
