I have had a mail box for 7 years and I never worry about having to be home to sign for packages! The service from Jennifer,Bill and Jenny has been fantastic. I recommend PakMail to everyone; especially if you are traveling… you NEVER have to stop/start your mail with the post office!
The old guy there can't spell, can't hear and when he got it wrong as to what package was going where he became a rude grumpy old man, said it was my fault. If he's the franchise owner Pak Mail should pull his franchise since he is representing the brand. If he is that grumpy and rude he should retire. Never will I use that store again until he is gone. NEVER GO TO THIS BUSINESS.. The Owner Treats And Talks To You Trash. My 84 Year Old Mother was just trying to mail a Small Package with this man(The Owner), and he Demanded That The 3 Page Document was Not Sealed Correctly And Instead of Helping Her With This Matter, He Began Talking Down To Her And Made Her So Upset She Started Crying. I Went Back Over to the Location To Speak with The Owner and He Said It's Not His Problem and That He Does Not Have Time Dealing With Stupid People...
