Overpriced (as I've learned from previous visits) and they don't verify addresses before shipping packages. I asked them to verify a business address (as Fedex and UPS does) but the two employees (literally doing nothing behind the counter) shrugged and looked baffled at the idea of using a computer to verify an address. They blew off my request saying they were incapable of calling the business to verify the address (but I could, they offered). Avoid at all costs. Then personnel are extremely rude and describing them as lazy and incompetent amounts to a gross under statement.
