I do not like to criticize a business, but I feel compelled to warn any potential customer to the ultimate failure of this company to pack our valuable artwork carefully and thoughtfully. Especially since they state that their expertise is packing and shipping artwork. Their approach to packing a valuable piece of a 30+-pound sculpture was negligent, using materials that were extremely insufficient, e.g., using the thinnest possible bubble wrap that was barely thicker than paper towel, and loosely packed... read more
