DO NOT MAIL ANYTHING HERE!!!! YOUR MAIL WILL GET LOST!! I had a very important court document that needed to be notorized. I asked for an envelope to mail these documents that needed to be mailed and was charged without knowing the cost of anything first. Instead of handling my documents like a professional, they used my mail for training a new-hire, which looked like a third-grader's attempt at writing "Santa" a letter. I really like this business. They’re kind and welcoming when you walk in. I’ve never had a package go astray. The only thing I wish they do is open up on Sundays. Other than that I have never had a complaint or bad experience.
I would like to thank Faith from the bottom of my heart! The whistle stop made it to my twin sister 2 days before Christmas! This was my dad's that meant the world to her. Her husband surprised her Christmas morning. You were so kind even when I cried! Thank you from all of us!
Been here a couple of times. It's nice to have a place to be able to drop off packages and I everything I've sent has made it to the destination. Why 5 stars? One of their employees impressed me with her ability to show genuine care for each customer while juggling several things at once, finding us the best and cheapest option, while maintaining full control over the entire store and making everyone feel helped and looked after. Now THAT's customer service 101 and honestly surprising to find at such an unassuming place.
Love this place! They have a fun assortment of gifts from locals, like Steadman's honey from Silverdale, and magnets from PAWS of Bremerton. Faith was at the front and answered my questions about the Wildflower honey I got which was what caught my eye and brought me inside the store. I enjoyed talking to her so much that I had to go back to thank her and get the Raspberry honey she recommended next!
