I really like this business. They’re kind and welcoming when you walk in. I’ve never had a package go astray. The only thing I wish they do is open up on Sundays. Other than that I have never had a complaint or bad experience.
I would like to thank Faith from the bottom of my heart! The whistle stop made it to my twin sister 2 days before Christmas! This was my dad's that meant the world to her. Her husband surprised her Christmas morning. You were so kind even when I cried! Thank you from all of us!
Been here a couple of times. It's nice to have a place to be able to drop off packages and I everything I've sent has made it to the destination. Why 5 stars? One of their employees impressed me with her ability to show genuine care for each customer while juggling several things at once, finding us the best and cheapest option, while maintaining full control over the entire store and making everyone feel helped and looked after. Now THAT's customer service 101 and honestly surprising to find at such an unassuming place.
Love this place! They have a fun assortment of gifts from locals, like Steadman's honey from Silverdale, and magnets from PAWS of Bremerton. Faith was at the front and answered my questions about the Wildflower honey I got which was what caught my eye and brought me inside the store. I enjoyed talking to her so much that I had to go back to thank her and get the Raspberry honey she recommended next! I was wrestling with my machine at home for hours trying to send a 118 page fax...I was ready to pull my hair out and finally realized it’s time to go to a professional! Faith was F A N T A S T I C! She’s mastered the perfect mix listening, empathy, humor and practicality. I felt like I had a partner to help me get this SH*T done and off my to do list! I will definitely be back, and they sell really cute (and affordable) greeting cards! Check em out, they’re good people ready to help out and problem solve with you.
