Very poor service from this business. They made a mistake and sent 2 of my packages to wrong addresses by switching the labels and offered no compensation after initially saying they would ‘make it right’. One is lost forever. Fortunately the other was returned to my address because they failed to remove the old label. This is how I realized they switched the labels. Will never use them again. Their mistake cost me over $160.
