I can’t speak to their service as many have praised them, but I’d like to mention for anyone with United Healthcare Dual Complete with Medicare and Medicaid plan, that they’re not accepting patients with the Medicaid option. Or the Dual in Dual Complete. I called a week ago and was told yes and that they can get me in within 2-3 weeks. All I had to do was text them my insurance info and I would receive a call for an appointment. I waited a respectable amount of time and called back.
