I guess she only deal with clients that pay and don’t use Groupons bc I just saw a previous review regarding a person using a Groupon. My thoughts are if you don’t treat people with Groupons like regular customers don’t sell on Groupons. I received a Groupon from my daughter for Paiton as a Mother’s Day gift 2023. Didn’t realize it was going to expire soon so I called to make an appointment. Unprofessional!. My husband shows up for his 1:30 appointment and follows the instructions on the sign to sit and wait. He can hear someone talking. After about 20 minutes passed his appointment someone walks out, doesn’t acknowledge him and goes to the bathroom. She comes back out and asks what he was there for. He tells her a massage and she confused as to why it’s not me. She tells him to wait and he said no he was leaving. She said okay. Ask Groupon for a refund. Bye

My wife bought me a groupon for this woman. I show up 5 minutes early for a 1:30 appointment. I wait until 1:50. Someone comes out, walks to the bathroom and doesn't say a word to me. Walks back toward her office then stops and says, "You are here for?". I said, "I had a 1:30 massage". She asked if I was (my wife's name). "No, I'm Michael. She booked it for me."
