Not sure what is up with the Claudia but she was extremely passive aggressive and rude for no reason. Very odd behaviour.

The vets are compassionate and never condescending — they truly listen and never pressure you into unnecessary services, unlike my previous veterinary experience. I recently took in my grandparents senior dog who has been coming to this vet since they adopted him 8 years ago. Unfortunately my Grandmother has since passed away, and my Grandfather is now in a care home. We happily welcomed shadow into our home and care for him now. I recently called to make an appointment for shadow, as it’s probably been about a year since he last went.
