I recently took in my grandparents senior dog who has been coming to this vet since they adopted him 8 years ago. Unfortunately my Grandmother has since passed away, and my Grandfather is now in a care home. We happily welcomed shadow into our home and care for him now. I recently called to make an appointment for shadow, as it’s probably been about a year since he last went. Not one to make reviews but what a disheartening experience. Paisley Vet has been my family vet under my parents and I since 2006 but I wanted my own cat and just before I got the kitten, I called to make sure they had the room for her and specified my case and was told very confidently that yes they can take her on but I have to fill out a new client form online, it’s protocol and they will call me when I submit it.
