I found Paisley and Stripe on Instagram and instantly felt like the vibe was exactly what I was looking for. I stalked Alix’s page (in the best way!) and knew I had to book with her. I went in for a haircut and highlights, and she absolutely nailed it. I left smiling and genuinely can’t get over how good my hair looks! The whole experience was amazing—everyone was so kind and welcoming, and the space itself is just adorable. I’ll definitely be sending all my friends here!

I went in for a free consultation. It was scheduled at 4:15 pm. They called me an hour before that to let me know the stylist was running late and asked if I could come at 4:45 pm. I agreed and arrived promptly at 4:45. I didn’t get called back until 5:14. I spoke to the stylist for a couple of minutes then she got called away. The customer previous to me was at the desk with her husband. He was trying to find out what cost him over $500 when he couldn’t see any difference in his wife’s hair. I’m very disappointed with the service I received here. I came in for a hair color change and expected a specific tone, we even discussed it clearly in advance. However, they went through an unnecessarily complicated and aggressive process on my hair (including multiple steps like stripping, toning, and applying different products) — and after all that, the end result was a flat, dark tone that was completely different from what I asked for.
