I was pretty disappointed with my experience because I got an incorrect quote before my first visit. Having what I wanted done would have cost almost 2x what I was originally quoted. When I came the second time to get my hair fixed, I was blamed by my stylist, Emma U, for what had happened. I felt like this was inappropriate behavior for a stylist. I had a wonderful experience with a Custom Scalp Spa treatment. Alex L took her time, explained everything, and was incredibly gentle while making sure I was comfortable throughout. The application and massage felt very soothing, and I could tell she truly cares about her clients. My scalp felt hydrated, calm, and much less irritated afterward. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone needing a soothing scalp treatment and a relaxing experience.

I lovvvee going to Emma for all my hair needs. I’ve been going to her for about a year now and I couldn’t be happier with her craft. Having wavy hair and learning how to manage it has been a lot easier with her help. She’s super good with communication and making sure I leave happy :)
