I've brought my dogs here for the past 7 years and I've never had less than an excellent experience. The owner has become a friend over the years and the staff has never been less than professional. An altogether outstanding groomer.

Avoid this groomer at all costs! Don't make the mistake I did of taking my dog there before doing proper research. Take a look at their BBB rating and it will tell you everything you need to do about poor service rendered here. I dropped my Maltese as a walk in and was told that because the holiday rush they wouldn't be done until late. They told me that they would call me when the dog was ready. I took my dog their 5+ times and things where fine, but lately their job has been sloppy. I told them they are making around the neck choppy and they said they would work on it. well this is the last time I am taking her there because it looks like they took a chunk out of her chest so her hair goes from 1 inch to 1/2 inch spot and her side of the face look horrible.. I am not happy. I will be looking for another place to take my dog.
