It is past horrible, can’t get refills on medicine. Everything is horrible, don’t waste your time. Find a better doctor because no one should be denied refills of their medication.

I was extremely excited once I seen that Dr. Monique was back at the Gentilly location but I quickly learned and realized that this was not the same staff from before. I asked to have an appointment with Dr. Monique and unfortunately, I was seen by someone claiming to be a nurse practitioner. The woman wasn’t pleasant and she had a very nasty/ dismissive attitude. The staff including her daughter that was at the front desk were only worrying about closing the office for 1:00pm and ordering food plates.
