I went here after an event to try and get food for my kids and family who all were excited for some pizza. After waiting in line I tried to buy a pizza and the cashier told me they weren't selling whole pizzas until 9:00 at night. There's no sign, nothing telling people that before they wait in line to be told they can't order the food they want. What kind of pizza place doesn't sell pizza? Lots of grease, very little taste, and "please tip me for using a cash register." The only redeeming quality about the place is the beautiful dining area.
Our family grabbed pizza here inside Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center and were pleasantly surprised. The pizza was delicious and but it was a little pricey... Service was quick, we didn’t have to wait long at all for our food. What really made the experience stand out, though, were the views of the hotel. The indoor gardens and atmosphere are absolutely beautiful, and it made for such a fun place to sit and enjoy a meal. Definitely worth checking out if you’re visiting!
8 dollars for a piece of pizza that is lowkey mid for real. And they barely even talk to you and act like it’s a routine. They do not put the customer first.
Ordering at the kiosk made it super easy. Just wish there were directions on what to do after ordering. I ended up just going to the counter with my receipt and they grabbed our pizza for us. Pizza was very good!
