I placed my order at 11:55 AM, and the order was not completed until 1:05 PM, over an hour later. By the time I got back to work, the chicken was extremely cold and stiff, and it was not enjoyable to eat. One of my coworkers also ordered a $17 tuna salad, but because of the long wait, she ultimately did not want to eat it.
