Specials are always a great value. Staff is pleasant and food is consistent! Food is always ready on time when I place an future order. This Paisano's does a lot of fundraising for our community which makes me want to support them.
Your AGM needs to understand what good service is. I called to ask a question about my receipt, even if I ordered off of grub hub because if you partner with them you should know. The AGM is rude , talks over you to get his point across. Kept asking me "are you done" and" you have said that 7 times ." I will say it 8 or 9 times especially when you seem to not have your listening ears on. Food safety and cleanliness are important to customers. During my visit, an employee in the kitchen was coughing frequently, and I expected management to respond more carefully.
I had an issue with my order because I tried to use an carryout only code that was on their website on Thursday 4/30 that was 25% off if you spent more 5han $25. The "manager" claimed that this code didnt work and that some codes dont work. I showed her that that the code on their specific website with the telegraph rd location.
