Frequent delivery customer here, so I'm not able to comment on atmosphere and noise level in the restaurant. They are one of the few pizza places I've found that do a well-done pizza correctly: not burned up, no patchy white spots with black spots..just golden brown! Excellent attention to detail and friendly, grateful employees. I keep ordering!
I highly do not recommend the Springfield Paisano’s location. I ordered the Italian sub and my meat was discolored. The manager asked me if I had put the sandwich in the refrigerator, thinking that I had left the sandwiches sit out on the counter overnight. They took no responsibility and tried to blame me for the color of the meat. I order from here weekly and use them for gatherings at my home. The pizza quality is always consistent and the staff is friendly!! There is limited seating so it’s mostly for carryout. Love having them in the neighborhood!
