In my opinion this is the best pizza in Springfield. Always plenty of toppings and cheese. Pizza is always made to perfection. Wings are good too. Makes you feel like you are getting pizza from a mom and pops even though they are a chain. Also, everyone is so nice. Very good customer service.
Terrible experience. I would give zero stars if I could. The guy behind the cashier was extremely rude and unprofessional. His attitude alone is enough to make you never want to come back. He was coughing constantly (yes, coughing — right in front of the food!) with no mask or any care for hygiene. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. There are way better options with decent service and cleaner conditions.

Great place very friendly and efficient! I really like this location because it’s much more homey and easier to eat in here! I highly recommend this Paisanos in Springfield it’s a lot better than the one in telegraph Road so if you live in Kingstown, they deliver their
Fast delievery. I didnt eat the garlic knots until they were cold so no fair review about that but being a NYer i can say that pizza was on point.
