This was my first time visiting Paisano’s, and I had an awesome experience! The cashier was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, taking the time to answer my questions and make recommendations. The customer service alone made me feel welcome. On top of that, the food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. You can tell they care about both their food and their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I’d recommend Paisano’s to anyone looking for great food and even better service! They even put espn on for me

so, we’ve lived in lorton for years and have loved paisano’s since we have been here! now, the caveat is that the new management is lacking and has been for our past few orders. specifically talking about monday afternoon though, we had a curbside order for 2:10, which was completed during the pickup window. we waited for 15 minutes, then we had to go inside the store to get our order at 2:30. the order had been sitting around since 2:14. each item we ordered had to be retrieved from different parts of the kitchen, already b... read more

The service is very friendly here and the restaurant is clean. I eat here often for lunch or dinner. The Pizza is always hot and fresh. I like the wings and chicken & pasta as well.

I am leaving a 5 star just to not bring down the rating but there was far too much cheese on my pizza. When chewing— I literally got the ick and had to remove chunks of chewed up cheese from my mouth. The lack of sauce made the pizza overall dry and unbalanced. The people were friendly and the restaurant was clean though! I love the paisanos chain; their sauce and garlic crust is amazing .
