I’ve been coming to Ponzio’s Pizza every Friday to pick up pizza for my kids, and it has truly become a highlight of our week. The pizza is always delicious and made perfectly, but what really keeps me coming back is the exceptional customer service. Tina is absolutely amazing — she is always smiling, kind, and welcoming. I called at 10:14, the tell me they are shutting down, but don't close until 11. Whelp, another customer lost.
The food was great and very amazing customer service , specifically John! He was extremely helpful and understanding and went the extra mile to help me! Will definitely come again!
John was absolutely the most helpful! I am not from VA and he made me feel welcome and helped me choose the best food for the area! more than 5 stars!
