Excellent service the staff was very well mannered and helpful. Super quick.
My last two orders have led to horrible experience. Two weeks ago the order took an hour and ten minutes to arrive. Once it did arrive, it was not my order. I caught the driver before he pulled away and hold him this is not my order. He said he would be back in three minutes with the correct order. I said how are you going to do that when it took over an hour to get this order. He stated he delivered my order to the previous house and was going to exchange them. I love their pizza, especially the new stuffed crust. The prices are really affordable for our whole family and it's better than some of the larger chains in my opinion .
Everytime I come here, food is made fresh, fast and with a smile. The manager here, is very attentive.
I door dash my pizza, unfortunately the food came but not my order. I called the store and the store made me another pizza and gave me the pizza I ordered from DD. Great customer service. They care about our town and made me one happy tired girl that just got back into town starting. Thank you store Lorton for looking out for your customers!
