Tried for 45 minutes to order a pizza for pickup. Got hung up twice and was left on hold for another 30 min. You have to go there to order since nobody answers the phone and they didnt have the same menu options online so its another 45 min to wait for it to be ready. This was on a Wednesdsy too.
The pizza was cold and nasty the wings were ok the blt sub was ok but I’ll never go back again bc they take to long and half food was cold when we got it and we were waiting on it .. for awhile put this way I ordered a frozen drink got it took my time and was done with it before food that’s pretty bad…
Workers are very rude no customer service No help All workers from June 28th about 8:30 9pm Nothing extra was asked for just ordering It took them 20 minutes to add food to fryer and wasted my time just for zepploes that where fried like chips very very rude !!
Located in the North Village pool area and depending on the time of day it can be a little busy. We got the 10 piece barbecue chicken wings and the 10 piece honey garlic parmasan wings as well. We chose to take ours to go back to our condo unit since it was a little busy and quite warm outside. The Bleu cheese dipping sauce was also very good with both kinds of wings!!
