Everybody is correct that this company is a SCAM. It cost me $200.00 for a one time fee of a fake virus, but Apple genius was good enough to delete my hard drive and reboot it to make sure this company didn't leave anything that would cause me anymore problems in the future. They have only been around for one year. I was tired and hit no, then yes on a poop up of Windows stating have a virus. It was late at night and i wan't thinking. This company is a scam! they put a virus on my computer and tried to steal 300 from me. Pop up came up saying to call comcast and phone number went to this company. Man on phone told me his name was peter pan. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

My experience with their technical support was outstanding. Their went beyond what I had expected and spent an considerable amount of time explaining to me the problems I had on my computer and how they got there. They "FIXED" them all and I was up and running. Thanks Steve

This company is a SCAM. They will tell you you have all sorts of problems on your computer when you really don't. They claimed I caught a virus when all it was was that my screen froze on my new tablet. I took it to best buy (place of purchase) and in one swipe of the screen my problem was solved. Pairsys Inc. was supposed to give me a partial refund but I never received it. It has been over 2 months now and still nothing. I DO NOT recommend anyone calling this company for help. You'll regret it!
