We use Pairs for a few different properties. Started out with a termite treatment that was done quickly and was very effective. We now use Pairs for quarterly maintenance. Caleb always does great work.

I called on a weekend and was contacted promptly on Monday. Caleb was able to fit us in for termite/pest control service on very short notice. We are first-time homeowners and he really put our minds at ease about securing our house and property. He thoroughly and tirelessly answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond for us. Called and talk and was told they would get back to me the next week. No Show No Call. Text chat 2 weeks later said they come out the next week. No show I have a strict policy not going to beg someone to take my money. No Good news No bad news. Just didn't for me

Caleb treated my home for a flea problem I have been having both inside the house and around the perimeter. He is very responsive, and communicates with you when he is arriving. He's knowledgeable, and knows his business. I highly recommend him to treat your home for pest removal. I also found his pricing is very fair.
