After being told that my car was ready for pickup I was on my way. Then received a call stating that they haven't heard from the insurance company for a full week with the new adjustment, therefore they could not release the car to me. Mind you I spoke to them twice earlier that day and was not told about the issue until 5:10 pm.
I had Dave and his crew do my 2011 black Jaguar XJL do my car. All I can honestly say is it did not look this good and flawless when it was new. I was very happy with their work. As you know black is difficult to keep up and I use to do it myself before I became handicapped. It was a labor of love.
