if anyone is interested in improper care, and disregard for you and your concerns this is exactly where I’d go. The people who come into the ER are likely experiencing the worst day of their lives, it is your job as a healthcare worker to provide them with accurate care, listen to them, and treat them with compassion. ARH does not live up to these values. I hope the staff can improve where they fault. (Also they can’t stick an IV for nothing)

My husband has a open hash on his arm. He is ok n severe pain and the doctor has only seen him 1 time. He has been here about 4 hrs. His arm is uncovered in a hospital. Doctor keeps going to other rooms instead of coming to stitch and close his arm up before infection gets in it. You would think that a big hash in the arm would want to closes it so it doesn't risk infection. 4/10/2025 it's 8:09. And plus the long wait cause him to not be able to get his check on time which meant we couldn't go get groceries for our children.

From 2014 to 2017, my dad was treated by Dr. Rice at this facility. For many years, he suffered from a horrible stomach ailment. Despite doing one or two tests, Dr. Rice was unable to determine that he had ischemic colitis and never scheduled a colonoscopy My dad had a host of heart issues, so one would think he could have figured this out My dad's condition continued to worsen, so I traveled from Ohio to see him.
