Worst customer service ever! Paint didn’t match so I sent them a painted sample card……two weeks later and still no response! Will never order from them again!
Totally wrong different color from them for our vehicle despite providing VIN and selecting the correct color name and color code and color off of Paint Scratch list and color swatch sample. Our vehicle is new and has never been repainted, and the color name and number has been verified with the manufacturer. So disappointed! Purchased the product in the middle of the summer. I could not use the product until the weather was better. I used it for the first time last weekend and the color is a mismatch. I contacted the company for a refund or replacement. They stated it was past their return window. I stated the circumstances and their response was pretty much I was SOL!! Don’t buy from them!! Find another product!!
Ordered a paint kit 14 days ago. It came quickly but was incomplete without plastic spray trigger. Multiple attempts to contact them .. not impressed. I don't even know if the paint matches yet since I can't spray it.
The paint match perfectly, was easy to apply, easy to order and receive. No complaints just hope it last without having to reapply.
