Staff was nice, but lacked haste. Often times, I had to reach out for updates after being told by their team that I’d be reached out to that day (or days prior). The wrong parts were ordered, further delaying progress. It took 3 weeks after receiving a quote for them to start working on the car. It remained at their shop for another ~5-6 weeks - and the work still was not completed/ fully drive-able. Chuck an all the mechanics are great
Paintmaster's is great. I had my front bumper painted. They did an awesome job. The color match was impeccable. They completed the job within the estimated time. It looks like they even washed the car after it was done. The paint job came with a 7 year warranty. Everyone is nice, professional, and honest.
