I’m very disappointed with my experience. I brought my car in for repair and was told everything would be completed before a week, but the part wasn’t even looked for until the Wednesday after Labor Day. I was promised the car would be fixed by Saturday at 9 AM, but when I arrived it wasn’t done. When I finally picked it up, I walked away with coolant still leaking, a loose hose valve, and even more headaches. Staff was nice, but lacked haste. Often times, I had to reach out for updates after being told by their team that I’d be reached out to that day (or days prior). The wrong parts were ordered, further delaying progress. It took 3 weeks after receiving a quote for them to start working on the car. It remained at their shop for another ~5-6 weeks - and the work still was not completed/ fully drive-able. Body work performed looks good, but all work internal to the car either a) did not get completed or b) had to be redone by my ... read more
