I came to this place thinking I was going to get 5 star service but did not. When they return my car after having it for one month they return it with stains on the headliner and moldings popping off due to improper installation.. they did fix it after the fact but should have never left their shop. The owners assured me it was good to go. Above and beyond! That's not what I expected from dent repair, but these folks went out of their way to make sure not only that my cars looked flawless, but that other random items on my car were repaired to look like new. They picked up and dropped off the cars at my residence, took time to text me updates with photos, and went over any and all questions I had. Reid was courteous, knowledgable, and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend PDR+.
Reid took good care of me and my car! I didn't have car rental coverage but Reid offered me a complimentary rental for the duration of my repair and no deductible as well! Great service! Really nice guys who pay attention to detail! No out of pocket cost to me. I highly recommend this team!
