Had an ABSOLUTE blast! My spouse and I made Derpy from KPop Demon Hunter while signing "Golden" and "Soda Pop". We had a friend and their child join us and they both had such a good time. Big shout out to our instructor, Emily! (Heads up, drinks are paid separately.) Totally worth it; excited to go again!
Terrible experience booking an event with them. Everything is non refundable which wasn’t made clear. I don’t recommend.
ORIGINALLY, A GREAT SERVICE, BUT I WAS TOLD THAT THE DRIVERS CAN TURN DOWN A JOB BECAUSE OF "TOO MUCH TRAFFIC"???? STRANGE SINCE THEIR JOB IS DRIVING IN "TRAFFIC" THIS IS WHY I REDUCED MY RATING FOR THEM VERY DISSAPOINTING
Refused to give a refund after giving 30 hours notice when their policy states 24 hours notice or store credit. Do not do business with these people, the cant even honor their own store policy
We had such a great time at the mom & me class today, until the “game” was played. Where you looked at a class of 4 kids!! Chose 3 to “win” and 1 got nothing. Common sense would have told you well there’s 4 so let’s split the difference. 2/4 is okay, 3/5 is okay… but 3/4! This is cruel, this is hurtful & what you did was tell a vulnerable impressionable kid; they are not good enough but everyone else is.
