I was not notified until 1 hour before the customer service desk closed that I was the only reservation at the 8pm painting event. Not a 24-hour notice, only contacted at the very last minute, and was never given a check-in message before they closed service. Personally, I think it's awful that you have customer service close *before* your final event. When my mom came for a visit we decided to paint! It was her first time as she has really bad tremors so she was worried that she wouldn’t be able to make a pretty painting. Everything was set up and ready for us to start and the instructor was very sweet and patient! We had a wonderful time and walked away with paintings that we were very happy with! We will definitely be doing this again!
Our experience was fantastic. Our instructor was James and he was super knowledgeable and unbelievably friendly and entertaining. We had a great time, so happy with what we created. We will all definitely come back and certainly request James. Thank you so much for a fantastic day!
Our family had just endured a tragedy with the loss of a 31 year old family member and we all needed this time together. A lot of fun and smiles around as we enjoyed the painting experience. Instructor was funny and talented and we were just thankful for this time together. We will return , so Thank You !!
