Scheduled and paid for a class for two a week before I got deployed. They ended up canceling the class and instead of getting a refund they game me credit. I have text, emailed and left voicemails for months and have not heard back or gotten my money back! Now that I’m back (2 weeks ago) they are closed!
HORRIBLE! We were on vacation and scheduled a night for my husband and I to take a piece of Colorado home with us. The instructor didn’t show so the manager (Chala?) had to rush over. The night was cancelled for everyone and we were told we would all be refunded our money. It’s nearing the end of the month, it’s temporarily closed, and I can’t get ahold of anyone to find out why we have yet to get our reimbursement. They are liars and thief’s!
The manager was super nice when she showed up. However, it was 10 minutes past the reserved time slot when she got there to find out the artist didn’t show up. Very disappointed as we don’t live in the state and we’re looking forward to painting something to take home.
