1 star. Do not book the “side by side” special. We booked the $60 Ultimate Spa Day special for two. When we arrived to fill out paperwork we were told color-treated hair carries a $25 upcharge, not disclosed when we booked. We stayed anyway. My friend disclosed a nut allergy before we started. The only products used contain almond oil, and no alternative was offered, so she lost most of the facial and head spa portion of the service before it even began. My friend also has a neck injury and asked for a bolster under her neck while lying on the massage table, already undressed for the session. The owner refused and offered a rolled washcloth, which didn’t work. We asked to use a hand towel we could see on site, or a neck pillow I had in my car (I offered to wrap it in plastic), both refused. I just had a Japanese Head Spa Treatment by Jordan and WOW what a ‘Blissful Treat’ to myself!! The Japanese head spa treatment was a profoundly amazing experience... Who knew how much tension we hold in our scalp - The massage was so relaxing. I had to sign up for the loyalty program and couldn't help but smile at the idea of returning for another session next month. It is truly a must!! I HIGHLY recommend Jordan, She’s the Best!
Jordan did an excellent job with listening to what I wanted to achieve with my hair color and created a great look. I am happy to have found her!
