Had Les and his crew hired through Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation with Neighbors of Watertown, DO NOT RECOMMEND! Improperly installed doors And windows, a brand new roof that needed repair after 1 year due to improper installation. They were supposed to paint all the trim, they painted 20% and left. They installed a sub pump in my basement but ILLEGALLY tied it into my waste pipe. We’ve hire them again to do outside staining. As expected, they did an outstanding job of fully caulking and solid staining. The team is highly professional, extremely efficient and very courteous. They started and finished without us at the house except one brief overlapped afternoon. They know what needed to be done and completed the project without our oversight.
