We were taking bids for our exterior painting of house and Frank Montes Painting was 1 of 4 bids received. He wasn't the cheapest but I like to use smaller companies. They were prompt and courteous upon arrival to give the bid and explained over what they would do. We agreed to their price and work to be done and the painting was scheduled late Feb into March 2018.
