Kim came out prior to doing the duct work cleaning and explained what service they would be performing. They took pictures of all the duct work before and after the work and sent instant pictures with the location of each vent and the main duct work. I would highly recommend Nathan to clean your duct work. They are a bit more expensive but they do so much more than the others. They clean the entire duct work not just part.
