Have been buying film for years from them for both my cars and bikes without issue, and close to home which works well.
Not reliable. Booked these guys to apply PPF on my brand new car before I take my first trip out of city. Half an hour before my appointment, I rang them to confirm and that was when I was told they can't make it.
