We called them for an appointment to give us an estimate for some interior work. They took 2 days to return our call. Then on the day scheduled for the estimate we received a call to let us know he couldn't get his vehicle to start. He said he would be here by Friday. He never arrived. Today. Saturday, we received a call, at 3:00 PM, berating us because he was at an address, other than the one we had given him, and we needed to give him our correct address now! Painters Plus provides staff who are well-trained in both technical aspects of the job as well as customer service/satisfaction. They are organized, follow their promised schedule and treat your house with regard. I highly recommend.
